UTEC performs UN\/DOT testing in accordance with the UN Manual for Transport of Dangerous Goods under the direction of DOT Certifying Examiners to determine if a product or substance is classified as a Class 1 explosive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Small Scale Sensitivity Testing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UTEC utilizes the BOE Impact Tester, BAM Friction Tester, ABL Friction Tester and the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Test Apparatus to evaluate the sensitivity of a substance or a mixture to the properties of a standard energetic substance.
